We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while protecting both our guests and our camp operations.
Cancellation Timeline
60+ Days Before
Full refund minus 10% administrative fee. Provides ample time for rebooking.
30-59 Days Before
50% refund of total booking amount. Partial cancellation allowed with reduced fees.
14-29 Days Before
25% refund of total booking amount. Late cancellations have higher impact.
Less Than 14 Days
No refund issued. Booking is non-refundable due to short notice impact on operations.
Cancellation Timeline Details
Full Refund Available
Cancel more than 60 days in advance and receive your full booking amount minus a 10% administrative fee (typically 5-15 JD). This allows us time to rebook your dates.
50% Refund
Cancel between 30-59 days before arrival and receive 50% of your booking amount. This reflects the reduced opportunity to rebook your dates.
25% Refund
Cancel between 14-29 days before arrival and receive 25% of your booking amount. Limited time to find replacement guests.
No Refund
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. This includes no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

✏️ Special Circumstances
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking to a different date within one year without penalties. Simply contact us with your new preferred dates.
Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This protects your investment.
